## What we are
Geoyuan is a small, globally distributed team founded in Hangzhou, China. We don't care about passports or time zones — we care about people who ship, think, and stay curious. Our long-term bet is a sci-fi company and a network state, built in the open.

## Open roles (apply via /test)
- Programmer — builds & maintains the site, tooling, and infra. Full-stack or systems mindset.
- Artist — visuals & brand: design system, illustration, motion.
- AI Expert — models & agents: Q&A, content generation, agentic systems. Ships with prompts, RAG, or agents.
- Data Analyst — metrics & insight: watches the recruitment funnel and community health.
- Psychology Expert — screening & fit: designs how we assess and welcome new members.

## How to join
Prove yourself in the challenge at /test, then reach out. We screen on demonstrated motivation and fit over time — not resumes, age, or location.

## Stack we use
Python, C/C++, Rust, Assembly, Ghidra, IDA Pro, Radare2, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Linux, Docker, Git, tmux, neovim. This site is built with Astro — static, fast, and optimised for generative engines (GEO).
